Operator-level self-exclusion

Operator-level self-exclusion is activated from inside the account, under ‘Account features’. Choose a self-exclusion period from 3 days / 7 days / 1 month / 3 months / 6 months / 1 year / 5 years. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation.

• Period — minimum 7 days, maximum 5 years (industry standard).
• Immediate effect — activation is immediate, no email processing required.
• Cooling-off on revocation — within 24 hours of activation the customer may revoke; after 24 hours, self-exclusion is irrevocable until the period ends.
• Balance — returned to the original payment source.
• Pending bets — settled if the event has already occurred; voided and stake returned if not.
• Marketing — automatically stopped across all channels.
• Reactivation — at the end of the period the account is NOT reopened automatically. Customer must actively opt in and complete identity re-verification.

BetStop — National Self-Exclusion Register

BetStop is operated under Part 7B of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), together with the Interactive Gambling (National Self-Exclusion Register) Register Rules 2022. Register at betstop.gov.au. Registration applies across every Australian-licensed online and phone wagering operator.
