Palmer Bookmaking Pty Ltd publishes wagering advertising consistent with the National Consumer Protection Framework Consistent Gambling Messaging Notice, the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), and the Racing New South Wales Code of Conduct. Under the Betting and Racing Act 1998 (NSW), the operator observes section 33H (prohibitions on gambling-related advertisements), section 33HA (prohibition on direct marketing), section 33I (gambling-related advertisements during sporting fixtures) and section 33JA (prohibited inducements).
The primary New South Wales advertising regime applicable to the operator’s licensed activities is contained in the Betting and Racing Act 1998 (NSW), Part 4 (Advertising and inducements), and the Racing Administration Act 1998 (NSW), with which all wagering advertising is published in compliance.
As an industry self-regulatory standard, the operator additionally complies with the AANA Wagering Advertising & Marketing Communication Code.
